We are a recruitment, cleaning and temping agency based in Malta. Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a Business Developer to lead overall operations of the company, acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment business, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for leading entire team, developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Travel throughout Malta and Abroad is required for this position. A thorough understanding the behaviour of partner clients and agents is key factor. Therefore, a proven experience of working with international agents is required.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, control overall operation of the company
- Report to the Director of the company.
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.
Required skills, qualification and experience:
- A thorough process of recruitment and temping process in Malta.
- A detail understanding of recruiting TCN. The up-to-date information of Identity Malta, Embassy/consulate procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Able to use MS Office Package: Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Able to use Teams Chat, Facebook Messenger, Zoom.
- Able to talk over the phone
- Able to visit clients and negotiate.
- A thorough knowledge and experience of abroad agents behaviours
- A thorough knowledge and experience of preventing the potential exploitation of services by employees and the partner agents.
- A can-do attitude to serve clients with the best placement for their vacancies to develop a long-term trust and relationship.
